Sometimes we all need a change up in our routine and sometimes we just plain need a kick in the butt.


So this is what I’m going to do… Boot Camp at Craving Cardio Fitness


What is Boot Camp?


Boot Camp is an intense fitness program where you’ll experience a variety of challenging moves that will strengthen and tone your entire body, increase your metabolism, shred fat, and boost your confidence.    By alternating cardio and strength exercises  through circuit training, your body GETS IN and STAYS IN that “fat burning” zone.    The boost to your metabolism can last for up to 48 hours!


Who is it for?


Women and men of ALL fitness levels are welcome.    Each exercise can be modified to accommodate your fitness level.    If you have weigh to lose, fitness goals to reach, or just want to add some variety to your workout routine, then this program is for you!


Expect to Sweat!


 All sessions are 60 minutes.    Space is limited to 6 people per class to ensure one-on-one attention.    Class is indoors.    Bring a water bottle and towel.

  • Craving Cardio Fitness (next door to Curves) – 1109 Rutherford Road, Landrum
  • The February Schedule   (Class times may change according to feedback and attendance)
  • Mon/Wed 5pm     &     Tues/Thurs 10am
  • $15 per class. Pay per class or pre-pay for the month to secure your space in the classes of your choice.   Remember space is limited to ensure personal attention to each participant.
